Night fires in Brooklyn and new Jersey claimed the lives of three people (photo)

A night in new York and new Jersey experienced two major fires in which people died.

Today, August 28, at around 4 a.m. firefighters responded to a call on 44th Street in Borough Park, Brooklyn.

Burned two-storey house. As told to NBC New York fire Department, the fire broke out on the first floor, but the smoke was the whole house. On the second floor of the rescuers found in the bedroom of a man and a woman unconscious, and 17-year-old girl.

All three were taken to Maimonides Hospital, but to save the life of 59-year-old woman and her 61-year-old wife failed. According to preliminary information, the injured teenage girl – their daughter. She is alive and is in hospital in a stable condition.

The same night a big fire occurred in Westfield, new Jersey, in a private house on Prospect Street. With fire struggled more than 50 rescuers, but the home was almost completely destroyed.

On the second floor, firefighters found a dead man. It is unknown whether he perished in the flames or suffocated from carbon monoxide.

The house next door and other people were not injured. Experts determine the causes of both fires.
