The court blocked the last immigration Ordinance trump

The Federal court of Hawaii has temporarily blocked the latest version of the immigration decree of the President.

Judge derrick Watson said that the third version of trump’s decree prohibiting entry into the United States to citizens from eight countries signed on September 24, has the same drawbacks as the two preceding decrees relating to Iran, Syria, Libya, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen.

Blocked Hawaiian immigration court of a decree of trump, which was to take effect Wednesday at 12:01, unlimited forbade U.S. citizens to Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Chad and North Korea, as well as some government officials from Venezuela.

In the decision the court stated that the decree is not quite convincingly argues for the statement that the entry of more than 150 million citizens from 8 countries «harm US interests». Judge Watson said that is actually the third Executive order of the President already considers citizenship of a particular country as a heightened threat to the United States. He added that the decree «clearly discriminare on the basis of nationality» and contains «internal inconsistency that significantly undermine his theory based on the protection of «national security.»

Judge Watson is not the first time examines the case for the immigration decree trump. Earlier, he was suspended the second immigration of the President’s ban, and also a few hours before its entry into force.
