The investigative Department of new York (DOI), together with the Prosecutor’s office in Brooklyn opened three criminal scheme, involving more than ten real estate owners, developers and building inspectors.

«Falsification and fraud in this case, as the construction has had serious consequences,» said DOI Commissioner mark Peters.
