The attorney General of new York will lead a lawsuit against the abolition of «net neutrality»

The attorney General of new York stated that he will lead a lawsuit from several States to stop the abolition of free Internet in the United States.

Democrat Eric Schneiderman issued a statement, stating his intention to file a lawsuit after the Federal communications Commission on Thursday voted for the abolition of the rules of «network neutrality», introduced by the administration of former President Barack Obama. The lawsuit will be filed from a few States, however, what is not yet clear.

Schneiderman authenticates the results of public discussion of the abolition of the free Internet, which allegedly relied upon by the Commission. The primary analysis, the Prosecutor says, shows that 2 million comments on the abolition of «network neutrality» was abandoned accounts, and «stole» information about the identity of these Americans, including children and dead citizens.

The Chairman of the Federal communications Commission Ajit Pai said earlier that it is not important the number of comments received from the Americans as their content.
