Utah children saved from the constant parental care

Utah became the first state in the United States, where children are given the opportunity to spend time without parental care. It is here implemented the so-called «law on the rights of the parents«, which allows children to move at short distances and play outside and stay in the vehicle without parental accompaniment.

It is noteworthy that the law does not set age limits. Instead it contains language that children «should behave and think like an adult» to avoid dangerous situations.

It is no secret that the American courts throughout the country literally drowning in litigation involving allegations of parents in the absence of control over children during their stay on the street.
