Two brothers from the Big Apple met in court proceedings is relatively expensive estates, located in the Upper West side (Manhattan).
The house is a gorgeous brownstone and an estimated real estate costs about $10 million. However, the man living in it, is called herdera – a person engaged in pathological hoarding, resulting in the inside of the house has an enormous and cluttering.

As the result of a lifestyle that leads James Cohen, the once stately mansion was overrun with rats, hordes of insects and other pests. The interior of the house is appalling the number of scattered trash and various debris, and the walls are covered with mold. His brother Andrew a few years ago sued and is now trying to evict the man from the estate, which both of them got by inheritance.

James settled in a brownstone in 2011 year, after he awarded a certain percentage of the nominal value of the home, equivalent to the amount of $1 million. Because the family was unable to pay him the money, Cohen took the estate, and stated to him his rights.
