Man sues because he did not stop to jump out of the ambulance

To apply to the court for the oversight – a fairly common practice. One of the residents of new York said that city officials have done enough to not allow him to jump out of a moving car ambulance. He believes that this reason is sufficient grounds to begin litigation.

Eugene Kalkin said that he was intoxicatedwhen he was taken by ambulance. Court documents show that doctors were able to put 54-year-old man in the car, they needed the assistance of the police, as Crankin refused to cooperate.

On the way to the hospital, the man managed to undo the straps on the stretcher, open the back door of a moving ambulance and jump out of it. The lawsuit States that later the man was found lying on the road him unconscious with severe injuries.

Now Crankin sues city officials, fire Department and physicians who worked the day of the accident, demanding compensation for its losses.
