In the city institutions for the care of children and the schools are required to conduct annual vaccination of preschool children and infants — the court ruled state.
The court of appeal unanimously affirmed the right of the Department of Health to require preschools annual vaccinations. The decision came in response to the lawsuit 2015 from mothers who believed that officials had violated their right to refuse vaccination of children aged 6 months to 5 years.
The decision of the court takes effect immediately. More than 150,000 pre-school children and infants in urban institutions must now obtain priveco flu, until 31 December.
