The question of California division 3 state will not be on the ballot in the fall voting

The Supreme court threw the sentence about the voting on the division 3 California state. Thus, during the November election ballot will not be the issue.

According to the jury, the proposal was not sufficient justification. The court asked Alex Padilla, Secretary of state, and Tim Draper, of the capitalist from Silicon valley who initiated the proposal, to explain why their idea is not to block. This must be done before August 20th.

League planning and conservation of natural resources claims that this measure was limited to the proposed revision of the state Constitution. The proposal may be included in the ballot only if two thirds of both houses of the legislature approve it.

After the decision of the court Howard Penn, Executive Director of the group, said that this idea is «costly, incorrect scheme» which «pulls the billions of dollars the taxpayers of California will create chaos in the public services, including the protection of our environment and literally eliminate California – all to satisfy the whim of a billionaire».

Most likely, Penn is referring to Draper, who believes that voters will have more opportunities to speak in a small state.

«Apparently, insiders are in cahoots, and the establishment doesn’t want to know how many people don’t like the way you manage California», – said the businessman.

Draper emphasized that the fifth largest economy in the world «almost uncontrollable» in the current system.
