Many Americans have followed the fate of Pablo Villavicencio Calderon, which the Immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) arrested June 1 during a pizza delivery on a military base Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn.
ICE had intended to send from USA to Ecuador illegal immigrant, despite the fact that Villavicencio was in the process of obtaining a residence permit. However, in late July, district judge Paul Crotti still ruled in favor of men: he ordered the release of the detainee, in line with a lack of a criminal record, Villavicencio and attempt calling his deportation «thoughtless and cruel».

Today (22 October), Villavicencio was arrested again, but in quite a different matter. According to the indictment, immigrant during a dispute pushed his wife to the wall and hit her. When his wife said she was going to call the police, Villavicencio took the phone from the kitchen table. The man was charged with causing harm and released on bail of $500.
Unknown at this time whether this latest arrest for illegal stay in the country when considering the immigration issue.
