Wednesday, December 5, police in California arrested a teacher on suspicion of endangering the safety of the child after she cut the hair of one of his pupils.
This week in social media appeared the video, which the 52-year-old Margaret Gessinger, teacher University Preparatory High School in Visalia (California) , cut the boy’s curls of hair in front of his classmates, while fulfilling the national anthem «Star-Spangled Banner» («the star-spangled Banner»).
When the boy gets up to leave, the teacher threatens to choose other «victims», however, she continues to loudly sing the national anthem. Recording stops when the disciples ran out into the school yard after Kissinger grabs the student by the hair, but she pulls away.

«We take very seriously the safety of pupils in classrooms and in campus [College of the Sequoias] — said the head of the school district’s Jim Vidak. We act decisively when issues of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior brought to the attention of the administration.»
Schoolgirl Lilly gates told Visalia Times Delta that this behavior is not peculiar to the teacher.
«When everything happened, I was terrified… I was afraid that it would come back, gates said. — What she did to my classmates and me, is unforgivable… [But] she’s usually smiling and laughing. This is not miss Kissinger that we know and love».

According to County Sheriff’s office Tulare, Gissinger is in custody. For her, a bond in the amount of $100 thousand
