«F…ck managers! F…ck Walmart!», — 17-year-old boy loudly resigned from the hypermarket

17-year-old Jackson Racicot challenged Walmart. Frustrated by the working conditions, the employee didn’t just resigned and slammed the door — so that I heard a lot of hundreds of thousands of people.

Jackson Racicot worked at Walmart in Grande Prairie, Alberta (Canada). Deciding to retire, he recorded a video message to all concerned people, posted it on the social network and included in the shop when he left workplace. The appeal ends with the words «F…ck managers! F…ck Walmart!», and followed him from the hall heard applause and enthusiastic shouting.

«Attention all customers, partners, and leadership, says Jackson in the video — I’d like to tell you all today that nobody needs to work here — never. Our managers can only make promises but never fulfill them, They will only preach to us about how they care about their employees. I’ve been a faithful employee here for over a year and a half, and I’m tired of all the nonsense, fake reviews, and my work.»

Later in an interview for The Edmonton Journal Racicot summarized: «this is the Case across the country. This corporate strategy. Then someone from Newfoundland, someone from Quebec, someone from Ontario. Not only is it our fucking Walmart. So teach all managers.»

The entry on different accounts has been viewed over half a million people. Walmart said on Friday an official statement: «We are aware of video on the Internet, we are disappointed with this incident. We are investigating the issue and will solve it as necessary». Further, in a statement release States that the company has a good morale and «Respect for all individuals, including our partners and customers is a core value at Walmart».

Recall that a month ago, Walmart in the US has become the subject of political disputes in connection with the attitude of the staff. Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders introduced a draft law requiring a set minimum wage for employees of the network not less than $15 per hour. If the law passes, American companies will not be able to purchase its own shares, if use pay less than $15 per hour. A draft bill called the «Stop Walmart».

In an interview with The Hill Sanders called Walmart «the poster child about corporate greed.» Sanders said the Walton family, the largest shareholder of the company, became very rich, while many Walmart employees can barely afford to buy necessities:

«The bottom line is that the taxpayers of this country does not need to subsidize the Walton family, the richest family in America. The Walton family needs to pay their employees a living wage and living wage is at least $ 15 per hour.»
