The judge of the Supreme court of the United States Ruth Bader Ginsburg is recovering after surgery to remove malignant tumors and are unable to attend the meeting today, January 6. 85-year-old judge for the first time in his career misses a meeting.
«Judge Ginsburg is unable to be with us today. But she works from home, reading notes, documents and transcripts of the sessions,» said today before a meeting of the judge John j. Roberts Jr.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg became a Supreme court justice in 1993. During the tenure she has some serious health problems, has twice been diagnosed with cancer, but the judge still did not miss the meeting. Now Ginsburg in recovery, and it is not known when she will return to work.
