H-1B visa is designed for skilled workers with a wide range of professions. USCIS guarantees processing within 15 days. As they say in the message on the official website, «If we do not take certain judicial decisions within 15 calendar days, USCIS will refund the fee for premium processing of an applicant and will continue expedited processing of the petition. This service is available only for pending petitions, but no new filings, because we have already received enough petitions to meet the limit of the 2019 fiscal year.»

Visa H-1B is a relatively easy and quick way to legally enter and stay in the U.S. for persons which are of interest to American companies. For a visa H-1B can be sent to the USCIS by the employer, taking responsibility for the immigrant. The previously announced limitations on consideration of new petitions was due to the organizational difficulties of the Ministry, but rather a shortage of workers to process the paperwork.
