18-year-old student can sit for 20 years in prison for selling drugs via the gaming application

Student, University of California at Santa Cruz was charged with illegal sale of drugs.

According to the indictment, 18-year-old Colleen Riley Howard have created an app, like a game of Banana Plug, and in the period from 7 to 28 November 2018 sold through him cocaine, methamphetamine and hallucinogenic mushrooms. The app can be downloaded in the usual way via the Apple App Store. His users were free to make special requests.

A police officer at the University of California found in the campus flyers about the app, where was drawn a banana slug. Having suspected wrong, the militiaman contacted the Department of homeland security. Special agent and a police officer made the order through the app, and then contacted the seller via Snapchat to make a purchase.

The undercover agent made the order 4 — for marijuana, cocaine, and more than 5 grams of methamphetamine. During the 4th meeting- 15 February — Colin Howard’s arrest, charging him with charges of 4 counts of distribution and storage of drugs.

February 22 will be solved, whether he will stay in custody or will be able to go to court on bail. In the case of recognition the boy guilty he faces at least 20 years in prison and a million fine.
