Bryan McCormack, Executive Director of the Movement for the rights of immigrants in D.C. in the Northern part of the state of new York did not allow ICE officers to arrest the two undocumented immigrants, filmed it, and distributes, as the mockingjay propo for the study of immigrants of their rights.

30-year-old McCormack was accompanied by two immigrants without legal status in the courthouse for the proceedings on minor accidents. When they drove away from the court, within 20 seconds they were stopped by ICE agents. Arrest immigrants at the exit of the court for a long time has become a favorite tactic of this service.
When the officer (his face is not visible in the video) turned to the McCormack sitting behind the wheel, he suggested one of the passengers migrant record on the phone the entire conversation. The human rights activist asked the officer to show the documents to the arrest of these people. The ICE officer showed him the warrant. After studying the paper, McCormack indicated that there is no signature of the judge, and therefore, this order does not oblige McCormack to fulfill it.
Brian McCormack encourages immigrants to carefully review their rights to successfully to defend them. This video is about the events in D.C. that occurred on March 5, he believes, should confirm the need for legal training. After all, you don’t go near these two methadonemaintenance persons human rights activist, they probably would have been arrested and probably deported.
