Assistant public school teacher in new York is under arrest and charged with alleged sexual contact with underage teenage girl.
45-year-old Aleida Rosario was taken into custody on Thursday, April 4, in East Harlem. According to police, the alleged incident happened four years ago when the victim was 16 years old.
Rosario took the teenager under his wing after she was transferred to high school Beacon School for children with disabilities. According to the victim, soon the woman started to flirt with her.
As reported by prosecutors during the arraignment, this began a two-year relationship between the child and Rosario. They had sex almost daily, sometimes at school. The teenager reported what is happening in 2017 after realized it was wrong. From the moment the police began a two year investigation.
«In our schools has absolutely no place for those who will behave so disgusting, — said the representative of the Ministry of education. We immediately removed the Rosario from work without pay in 2018, as soon as we reported the charges.»
Beacon High School
Rosario was an employee with secondary special education at Manhattan High School (the campus that the school shares with the Beacon School) in the area of Hell’s Kitchen. The arrest of Rosario was the very next day after a high school teacher of the Bronx was accused of possession of child pornography, including with the participation of the boy at the age of three years.
