As is well known to parents of small children «call of nature» do not always happen at a convenient time.
A similar case recently occurred in Georgia with a 3-year-old son Brooke Jones, a resident of South Carolina.
Brooke drove the car around the city of Augusta (GA), when her 3-year-old son Cohen said that he urgently needed the toilet.
Brooke stopped in the Parking lot of the gas station, but at the same time understand that they will not have time to run to the toilet.
«He said, «Mama, I’m gonna pee my pants!», — Jones said the channel WRDW.
As a female in the 34th week of pregnancy, she could not quickly take the son to the toilet. Therefore, according to her, she tried a good «cover» him while he celebrated small need in the Parking lot.
«He began to write in the pants, what else could I do?!», added Brooke.
But the law enforcement agencies had their own opinion on this matter.
Deputy Sheriff Richmond witnessed the incident and gave Brooke a Protocol for disorderly conduct.
«She allowed her child to urinate in the Parking lot. It was visible male genitalia and the process of urination. In that place were public toilets», — stated in the penalty ticket, published WRDW.

For hooliganism Brooke Jones who has to give birth in may, faces up to 60 days in jail and a fine of $5000. Woman plans to sue to challenge the incident.
«Wet accidents» happen. Officer is this: go with him to the toilet. What if the toilet was occupied? Then, allow the child to pee right on the floor of the station.», said Brooke Jones.
The County Sheriff’s office Richmond has not provided comments on the incident.
