According to the channel WSB-TV, Tiffany moss sat with the «stone face» when he learned about his future. So she behaved throughout the trial, very little was said. She represented herself and did not call witnesses in his defence.

Before the jury decided to sentence moss to death, GWINNETT County district attorney Danny porter claimed that she does not deserve life imprisonment with parole.

«The dark side will always wait to go outside,» said the Prosecutor.
Before the jury retired for deliberations, the judge asked moss if she wants to say something in his defense, she replied, «No, sir.»

Emani moss died in October 2013 from hunger.

«While this woman was watching TV and was preparing lasagna, Amani died alone in a room, on a dirty bed,» said the district attorney.

After the girl’s death her father and stepmother tried to get rid of the body by burning it.

Eman moss, the girl’s father, is serving a life sentence without the right to parole after pleading guilty in August 2015. Death sentence commuted to life imprisonment for agreeing to testify against his wife.
