On June 14 the court of Lakeland (FL) held a hearing on the divorce case. However, when Courtney Irby left the building, her husband Joseph went after — and then repeatedly crashed her car into Courtney’s car, forcing him to leave the highway.
Then Irby called the police, «crying and claiming that he fears for his life.» The woman also reported that in the past received against her husband restraining order.
