The woman posed as a social worker to abduct a baby from a young mother

The woman was charged with serious criminal offences after she allegedly impersonated a social worker and demanded that the mother gave her newborn baby or she would face arrest.

On Tuesday, prosecutors in orange County said that Sarah Orozco Magana (38 years old) from California knocked on the door of a house in Santa Ana on June 7 and said the young mother that she was social services and she needs to pick up the woman’s son, who was only a week.

Magana tried a bluff to force the woman into believing that the doctor of the child’s mother reported that she was abusing him, thus attempting to justify his surprise visit, said the prosecutors.

Alleged kidnapper refused to show their documents and even threatened to call the police if a woman does not obey her order.

Officials added that the young mother rightly refused to give up her baby to a stranger, and sister of the victim recorded Magana left their house. This video was later presented to the public police abdelaleem Santa Ana in an attempt to identify and find the woman.
