A Federal judge invalidated a policy trump banning illegal immigrants to grant asylum at the border

On Friday, August 2, a Federal judge in Washington, DC (district of Columbia) ruled against the administration’s policies trump, which would allow only migrants entering the U.S. legally to claim asylum.

The policy of the administration, signed by the President on November 9 last year, was aimed at a temporary ban for illegal immigrants request asylum.

This policy is already blocked by a Federal judge in San Francisco and currently on appeal in the 9th circuit court of appeals.

But moss disagrees with this interpretation. The judge considered that between these two options there is a big difference, especially for the victims of the policy of trump immigrants.

In recent months, the administration further tightened the restrictions for illegal immigrants. This week, attorney General William Barr issued an order which stated that the migrants can apply for asylum, unless the reason is given that their closest relatives have been prosecuted.
