The attorney called Robert Williams from Newark (new Jersey) threat to society after his closet found human remains including a head and torso, dressed in a suit.

The remains have not been identified and are the medical examiner, but prosecutors say they are not associated with the case of sexual violence.
Williams was charged with desecration of human remains, as well as sexual abuse of a child under 13 years under aggravating circumstances.
On Monday Williams pleaded not guilty to desecration of human remains and sexual abuse of children.

His lawyer requested his release and detention in the home, and electronic monitoring for his client. She claims that Williams has lived in the area 18 years and registered only one violation of human rights committed over 10 years ago.
If Williams is found guilty he would be sentenced at least 25 years old.
