A couple of tourists vandals carved initials in the cave, which is over 400 million years, and published a photo in Instagram

Police are searching for a few of the vandals, cut on the historic monument to native Americans in the Park, Starved Rock (Starved Rock State Park, Il) heart and his intsialy Monday, September 2.

Tourists — a man and a woman aged about 20 years — left the image in the canyon called Council Overhang, which is located in the southern end of the Park. After the witness informed the authorities about the couple and the officer found their photo on the background of hearts in Instagram, police launched an investigation into the incident.
