Magnate and member of one of the most influential families of Mexico killed 11-year-old son on his yacht in California

Influential developer living in the Bay area of San Francisco, faced charges for negligent homicide after he intoxicated crashed his boat in his own sons.

Javier of Murillo, 57, from the Belvedere (CA) was arrested a day after the incident that occurred at angel island on Sunday, September 15, around 19:00 when the family was heading from the San Francisco Corinthian Yacht Club. According to authorities, two children men, at the age of 11 and 27 years, thrown from ship impact.
