Influential developer living in the Bay area of San Francisco, faced charges for negligent homicide after he intoxicated crashed his boat in his own sons.
Javier of Murillo, 57, from the Belvedere (CA) was arrested a day after the incident that occurred at angel island on Sunday, September 15, around 19:00 when the family was heading from the San Francisco Corinthian Yacht Club. According to authorities, two children men, at the age of 11 and 27 years, thrown from ship impact. Burillo tried to pull their kids out of the water but instead only exacerbated the situation by crashing into them on the ship.

Despite the imminent arrival of the rescuers, one of the brothers died: 11-year-old boy received «serious injuries» and died shortly after he was pulled ashore. «He was careless and allowed themselves to drink, although operated the vessel,» said Cronin.
The investigation is ongoing. On Monday, the man was released after making bail of $1 million.
