Arrested for drug possession alleges that brother fed her «sandwich place»

Brother and sister were arrested on charges of drug possession in Hot springs (Arkansas).

According to the police report, patrol was driving through the 100 block on E. Grand Avenue on Sunday, October 6, around 6:30 in the morning, when I saw the car, which was not included lights. The officer stopped the car and, according to the testimony, felt the smell of marijuana.

According to police, the driver, 29-year-old Elizabeth Marie Catlett moved «quickly and nervously». Her brother, 33-year-old don Russell Ferret of Lonsdale, was sitting in the passenger seat.

Catlett said that the car has no drugs. But after inspecting her front pocket was discovered a small plastic bag and cut straw, and the remains of methamphetamine. The car was also a large number of wipes, impregnated with alcohol, and other medical supplies.

Both were taken into custody. In the Garland County Detention Center Catlett passed the Alcotest, which she failed. She refused to undergo chemical testing.

When Catlett was read her rights, she claimed that her brother fed her «sandwich methane». In a written statement said that the detained told the police that the Ferret did it often.

Police also noticed needle marks on the arm of Catlett.
