The woman was arrested after witnesses said she threw the exhausted dog from the window of his car.
It is reported that 13 Oct 4 Deputy Sheriff of Harris County in Texas arrived on a call on Will Clayton Parkway, after the woman has told that saw the driver of the car was thrown from the window of the puppy.
Sheriff’s deputies said that the driver, who was 31-year-old Princess Franklin, stated that the puppy she left her old roommate.
Franklin told law enforcement that she was unable to find a place where it would attach to a dog, so decided to keep the puppy on the side of the road. The next day, the police were able to detect puppy on Continental Parkway. Now the care of the staff of the animal control Harris County Animal Control.

The employees of the shelter said that the dog is very much izgledala and she has long claws, hair which no one did. She can barely stand on their own. They stated that probably went through several months of such indifference to the dog that she was in this state.
«It is obvious that this did not happen over night,» said Shannon Parker, an employee of the Harris County Animal Shelter. «Clearly took a lot of time, the dog is so skinny».
Despite her terrible physical condition, the dog is very friendly and loving. She is on a 3-day overexposure in the shelter and it will soon be able to pick up a loving family.
