It is reported that when the captain Luz told Cysts that her dog barely moved the car, she giggled. She continued to behave this way all the time, until the officer asked her questions. It also became known that Cysts said that the dog actually belonged to her sister that she could no longer take care of her and thus decided to get rid of it.

Since the Cysts were released on bail of $1,000, and the animal is in the custody of animal control.
