The U.S. citizen, 19 years ago came from Peru, poured in the face of acid and told to return to their country

A resident of Milwaukee (Wisconsin) were second-degree burns after a man poured him in the face with battery acid and charged him with illegal stay in the country.

42-year-old Makhoud Villalaz said that during an argument because of how he parked his car, the man doused him in the chemical. CCTV camera captured this terrifying moment when the suspect raised his hands and pointed to the face Villalta right before he sprayed his fluids.

According to Villalta, the man called it «illegal» and ordered him «to get out of this country.»

Police Department Milwaukee told ABC News that they had arrested a 61-year-old man in connection with the attack, but they did not disclose his identity. According to police, he faces charges of aggravated assault.

According to Darryl Morin, President of the Latino Forward, Villas — welder originally from Peru, but 19 years is in the United States.

The mayor of Milwaukee Tom Barrett stated that the incident was «obviously» a crime of hate.
