A resident of Oregon is accused of sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy with whom she communicated on the social network Snapchat.

36-year-old RETA Melvin was arrested on Thursday, December 5, and prosecuted the next day for multiple sex crimes after an investigation conducted by the Office of the Sheriff of Douglas County.
The charges include rape in the third degree and sending the child sexually explicit content.
«Initially, the Melvin began to exchange messages with a minor and send photos of a sexual nature via the social media platform, — reads the statement of the Sheriff. — Melvin and juvenile agreed to meet and had sexual contact».
Melvin added child Snapchat and started writing him. The woman allegedly lured him into his car and drove a short distance before raping the teenager.
Melvin admitted that he had sex with a boy, who, in her opinion, was 17 or 18.
The victim goes to the same school as her daughter. The defendant also admitted that he «had sex with other children.»
