Service shepherd flew through the broken window of the car, arresting suspect (video)

A service dog from California flew into the car window of the suspect to arrest him when he refused to surrender themselves.

Service dog Department K-9 from California, who served in the marine corps in Iraq, was shot on video, when he attacked a suspect in the armed attack, which allegedly made the police chase him through California early Friday morning.

Video of the incident shows the officer the California highway patrol, who broke the window of a pickup truck driver side before 5-year-old Belgian Malinois named Duke jumped straight through the shattered glass in the driver’s seat.

«California highway patrol pursued the suspect in a serious crime, which wanted to arrest in connection with assault with a deadly weapon. (He also is accused of being chased and tried to move the car his wife, whom he does not live together.) The suspect ran from the police to the Crown of the road El Cerrito Road and the 15 freeway, where the suspect refused to exit the vehicle and surrender,» wrote representatives of the police Department of the Crown. «Officer Neff and his partner K9 Duke answered the call and gave the suspect several opportunities to surrender, but he refused. The Duke detained the suspect, and now he’s detained by police in Fontana, California.»

Police used rubber bullets and using Duke to get the suspect to surrender.

The suspect, 31-year-old Julio Ugalde Vasquez, was arrested and taken to the hospital with minor injuries, as reported by Fox 11 Los Angeles.

Officer Neff told about the incident, while next to him stood the Duke on the Facebook page of the police Department on Saturday.

The police said that during the incident, neither the Duke nor the officers were injured were not.
