American is suing TripAdvisor for out of control and dropped it on the ground camel

A resident of new Jersey brianna Ayala filed a lawsuit against TripAdvisor and its affiliate Viator once released from the control of Moroccan camel threw her to the ground while a woman to travel around the city of Marrakech, reports the news outlet The Boston Globe.

Now the girl is suing travel website, whose office is in Massachusetts, and accuses him of negligence and breach of contract because the company failed to provide her a safe journey.

The woman’s lawyer Andrew Abraham said: «They put her on the pregnant female camel, which was a month before the birth of offspring». He added that his client «was hanging over the side of the animal, and then fell.»

Brianna said in the complaint that TripAdvisor and Viator had to know that the company providing camels, uses animals that «they knew were not trained and were in an unsafe physical condition.»

Also the lawsuit States that the 24-year-old girl and her family decided to ride the camels at sunset on 3 January 2018, but they have not held a security briefing as promised. The girl said that her camel could not kneel down because he was «too old for training», when the company purchased it. On the way back to the animal strayed from the caravan and ran, causing the woman fell and broke his right arm.

It is interesting, however, that on the Viator website indicates that the interaction with local service providers during the tour, may involve risk.

«Viator will not be liable in respect of acts, errors, breaches of contract of any service provider and personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses that occurred as a result of your interactions with the provider,» it says on the website. Abraham, in turn, argues that the defendants are responsible for ensuring the safety of all travelers.

The amount that wants to get brianna is not specified.
