Young mother committed suicide after she was forced to give up custody of son to ex-husband could raise a child with his new wife.
As The Sun reported, 21-year-old Gulmaira Janybaeva was found dead in his parents ‘ house in the small town of Zharkent in the East Kazakhstan. A young mother left a note in which was written that the husband of Janat Kuanyshbayev drove her to suicide. She claimed that Kuanyshbayev forced her to sign papers relinquishing custody of their son. The document said that «she willingly refused to communicate with her child or take care of it» and «wanted she took the baby.» Gulnisa wrote that her husband planned to use the documents in court, to deprive her parental rights.
In turn, mother Sulmasy implies that she signed the papers under pressure. The woman believes that the girl’s husband, who works in the police threatened her. She also said that the body Sulmasy had bruises and burns from the Taser, which is not mentioned in forensic. Local authorities have opened a criminal case under article «Incitement to suicide», but so far no one has been detained or arrested.
«The husband was interviewed and is currently on sick leave.» — said the Deputy head of Panfilov’s police Department Aydar Abdurahmanly. «All the arguments and claims of the relatives of the victim will be checked.»
Gulmira worked as an English teacher and married Kuanyshbaev 18 months ago. According to her family, they believed that the girl was happily married. Mother Sulmasy, Ardak Janybaeva says that the parents of her husband called her and said, «Take my daughter out of our house. Janat wants to bring home a new wife, so your daughter should go.» The woman said that Gulmira came to him in tears a few days later and said that her husband kicked her out of the house.
«She didn’t want us to worry and never told us the terrible details of marriage,» said the mother. «We got to know them only now, after reading her suicide note. I want this man and his father was punished by law for bringing my daughter to suicide.»
