The woman claims that trump raped her in the 90s, and wants to compare his DNA with traces on her dress

Lawyers of the woman who accuses the President of Donald trump’s rape in the 90-ies, ask for a sample of his DNA to find out if its genetic material on a dress, she said she wore during the meeting.

Lawyer, 76-year-old columnist E. Gina Carroll on Thursday, January 30, told the lawyer trump notice that the President has submitted his sample on 2 March in Washington to «analyze and compare with unidentified male DNA found on the dress.»

Carroll filed a libel suit against trump in November 2019 after the President rejected her claim. Her lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, then gave a black woolen dress of the client to check. In the lab report said that DNA found on the sleeves, consisted of at least four samples and at least one of them belongs to the man.

In accordance with a laboratory report that was received from The Associated Press, several other people have been tested and excluded.

Last summer, Carroll has accused trump of rape in the dressing room of a luxury Department store in Manhattan.

In one of the publications in the new York magazine in June and in the book, published next month, Carroll said they met with trump, chatted and went to the lingerie Department to pick out a gift for a woman. According to her, in the locker room trump crawled under her black dress, pulled out her tights and raped her while she was trying to fight off him and then ran away.

«Dress-Donna Karan coat still hanging on the back door of my wardrobe, since not worn, and it’s not», she wrote.

After allegations trump insisted that he didn’t see Carroll.

«She’s trying to sell a new book — an indication of its motivation,» he said in one of the various statements on the issue, adding that the book «should be sold in the fiction section».

«Unidentified male DNA on the dress can show that Donald trump knows not only who I am, but he brutally attacked me in the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman, and then slandered me, by lying about it,» says Carroll.

Trump is not the first President, who will undergo a DNA test associated with women’s dress.

Former President bill Clinton, a Democrat, has undergone such a test during the investigation of independent counsel on the subject if he had sexual relations with former White house Intern Monica Lewinsky, and then lied by denying it under oath.

After Clinton’s DNA was found on the dress, he acknowledged «inappropriate intimate relations» with Lewinsky.

Clinton was prosecuted by the House of representatives in December 1998 and then acquitted by the Senate.
