A woman from Ohio, USA charged with the offence after she repeatedly called 911 to report that her parents stopped paying her mobile phone.
Celoni Khetarpal (36 years) from Canton, Ohio was arrested Thursday by the police of Massillon after she made a few calls to the regional emergency center, Regional Emergency Dispatch Center, where she was told to call only if respectful and legal reasons. However, the girl was sure that the reason she calls the police, the most respectful. Celoni continued to call in the emergency services, believing that it is possible to call 911 due to the fact that her parents stopped paying her phone.

Calls started on Thursday 13 February, and Celoni demanded that the police responded to the call. When she was told not to use 911 for a complaint, she called a few hours later. What, according to girls, the police had to do with her parents is unknown.
According to court materials of the case, Celoni Khetarpal was «belligerent» and insisted that these are valid and legitimate reason to call 911.
The woman was arrested at about 20:40. She was charged with interruption of public services. Khetarpal appeared at the courthouse on Friday and the amount of the bail for her release has been specified in the amount of $2,500. A preliminary hearing in the case of women is scheduled for February 27.
According to its website, Celoni Khetarpal originally came from the UK but now lives in Canton, Ohio. In her biography says she was a model for companies like Abercrombie and Fitch and Miller Lite before I became a makeup artist and a realtor.
It is unknown why the parents decided to stop paying the tariff plan daughter.
