Initially, Sarah Boone, 42, claimed that the incident was just a tragic accident.
According to the woman, she and her partner, Jorge Torres, Jr., drank and played hide and seek, and then decided to see if Torres can get into the suitcase. Then Boone allegedly fell asleep, forgetting that Jorge still inside.
