A man from Illinois was found guilty of assaulting a store employee with special needs

Wednesday, February 4, the man from Illinois, who beat a packer shop with Asperger’s syndrome, was convicted of beating under aggravating circumstances.

In his testimony, the 27-year-old packer said that 55-year-old Bruce Mirabella said he and 23-year-old store clerk that is strong enough to «fight» them both.

The victim says he does not understand that Mirabella has in mind, and then went over to Pat him on the shoulder and say have a good day, and then the defendant punched him, breaking his lip, and kicked. The attacker told the police that he used martial arts for self-defense, and the blow was a tactical move to create distance between them.
