Woman suing Chuck E. Cheese because of the fact that her hair got stuck in the vending machine for tickets

In a lawsuit filed in the court of Portland in Oregon, USA, said that the network of American family dining and entertainment centers brand of CEC Entertainment, Inc. with the company headquarters in Irving, «failed adequately to ensure the work … terminal automatic ticket sales.»

The woman filed a lawsuit against Chuck E. Cheese alleging that her hair got stuck for 20 minutes in the machine ticket in one of the pizzerias network in Oregon.

The incident occurred on December 9 in Chuck E. Cheese at the address 9120 SE Powell Blvd. in Portland, about 7 miles East of downtown, according to a suit filed by Asianeu Scott vs network headquartered in Texas.

The woman remained in this state for 20 minutes «while the employee was not able to release it, which led to the injury of the plaintiff, including pain, discomfort, frustration and headaches», as stated in the lawsuit, filed Monday by attorney Scott Michael fuller.

«The defendant failed to adequately design and location of the machine to ensure that visitors, such as plaintiff, do not get confused in the car,» said fuller.

«The defendant failed to provide the training and supervision of staff to ensure that visitors, such as plaintiff, would be duly released from the machine, if the hair gets to a vending machine for tickets.»

To Chuck E. Cheese, Scott said to contact their insurance company, but insurers refused to pay, leaving Scott «no choice but to file a lawsuit,» said fuller.

The lawsuit does not state the amount requested by the plaintiff.

The representative of CEC Entertainment, the company that applies to Chuck E. Cheese told the news edition NBC News on Wednesday: «We are unable to comment about the case, which is currently being considered in court.»
