Member of the Indiana National guard stopped the wrong man posing as a police officer. He stopped the car of the Lieutenant, who was not on duty, who was traveling Sunday with his family, the police said.
Private first class Philip Aspic from Indianapolis was arrested Tuesday after a car was stopped by a police Lieutenant.
