Biden vows to take action against governors trying to ban mandates for masks in schools

President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he is instructing the Department of Education to use its legal powers against Republican governors who are trying to prevent local school authorities from obliging students to wear masks as part of the fight against COVID-19.
