The authorities of new York were strongly opposed to the new policy in the field of zdravoohranenia proposed by the representatives of the Republican party. The state’s Governor Andrew Cuomo, attorney General Eric Schneiderman and mayor bill De Blasio intend to sue the Federal government if the bill called the Better Care Reconciliation Act.

Officials announced his decision Monday during a rally at the medical complex mount Sinai. Schneiderman called the bill «unfair and unconstitutional,» noting that he could leave without health insurance, more than 2 million residents of new York. He also drew attention to the plans of the Republicans to deny funding for the organization Planned Parenthood, which would put at risk the reproductive health of women.

«If this inhumane bill becomes law, I will challenge it in court», — said the Prosecutor.

Andrew Cuomo convinced that the document violates human rights and its adoption will be a disaster for millions of Americans. «Health is not a luxury but a legal right, and we will not allow ultra-conservatives to Washington to pick it up,» said the Governor.

Bill De Blasio joined Governor and Prosecutor. «This bill is about the welfare, not zdravookhranenii» he concluded.

The bill the Republicans had caused a sharp criticism of authoritative experts immediately after its promulgation. After reading the paper, leading economists and members of the American medical Association came to the conclusion that it deprives the most vulnerable categories of the population.
