Brian Parker, 34, and Victoria Koleski, 29, was arrested at 4545 Center Boulevard. They were charged with conspiracy, producing and selling designer drugs on the Internet, including a synthetic opioid more powerful than morphine. This was announced by Federal prosecutors.
Substances sold Parker, were associated with fatal overdose that occurred in 2016 in Wisconsin. According to prosecutors, the detainee used an Internet company for the production and trafficking of drugs, which cause strong hallucinations.
