A new exhibition will show new York from the height of bird flight

Skyscrapers have long been symbols of new York, along with the yellow taxis, times square and Central Park. At similar concentrations, tourists and residents of the Big Apple often look up, walking around the city. And few people think to look at the best city in the world from the top down. That is what made the photographer Jeffrey Milstein, creating a series of breathtaking aerial photos of new York that can be considered in detail at the Benrubi Gallery in Chelsea.

Exhibition of Jeffrey Milstein has received the name of Leaning Out. It consists of photographs taken from a height of 2,000 feet, allowing the photographer managed to capture in the frame of a panorama of stunning beauty. The author himself calls his work «geometrical mosaics», which wants to look at the clock. Walking through the crowded streets of new York, it’s easy to forget that something so beautiful can be seen even in completely ordinary things, to which we have long been accustomed, and which take for granted.

The pictures of Milstein you can see everything from the train depot and Parking lots to urban landscapes and ports. To create his images the photographer up in the air by helicopter or small aircraft, where you can see perfectly the symmetry of satisfying various city buildings.

A fantastic exhibition of photographs will be held in the gallery Benrubi Gallery from 25 January until 17 March.
