According to the Associated Press, press Secretary of Immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) Brian Cox said that American rapper a British citizen, who was previously convicted of a felony. According to Cox, Abraham, Joseph entered the United States legally in July 2005, but in July 2006 overstayed his visa. Process on the case of deportation has been started, said the representative of ICE.

In early February, the rapper Tekashi69 (6ix9ine) pleaded guilty to racketeering, weapons possession and attempted murder.
