52-year-old singer, producer and three-time winner of the «Grammy» Robert Sylvester Kelly, better known by his stage name R. Kelly, was charged with 10 cases of sexual harassment with aggravating circumstances after a rumor, Godiva decades.

According to the Prosecutor Kim Fox, the singer should appear at the hearing for a decision on bail tomorrow, February 23. For each of the charges Kelly faces three to seven years in prison.

In 2008, a jury acquitted Kelly, when he was accused of child pornography. Prosecutors presented a video in which the singer allegedly had sex with 13-year-old girl.
