The authorities of Nevada has proposed to build a concrete fence around the venue of the annual festival Burning Man in the desert.

The local Bureau of land management (BLM), which is responsible for the desert of black Rock, where Burning Man is held since 1990, has made a new offer.
It includes the hiring of private security during the event (this is proposed to be paid to the organizers), as well as the construction of a 10-mile concrete barrier weighing 19 million pounds around the venue of the festival.
«The BLM proposal, if implemented, will forever change the event Burning Man, if not destroy it completely,» said the Burning Man project last week. According to the organizers, the requirements of BLM will cost a total of about $20 million per year, which will increase ticket prices by an average of $280 (now they cost about $400).
