Real Millennium Falcon and John Boyega as a guide: Disneyland presents the new Grand show «Star wars»

The Grand opening will be held in California in 2 days and Disneyland finally revealed photos of their new attraction Star Wars: Galaxy»s Edge worth $1 billion, as well as many beloved characters of the universe, which will entertain visitors.

The photo was posted to Instagram by Josh D ‘ Amaro, President of the Disneyland Resort, with the caption: «I am very proud to introduce you to the new inhabitants, Batou! I want to thank this amazing team for their incredible dedication and enthusiasm. Team Star Wars: Galaxy»s Edge is a memorable one. This is a photo for all time!»

Photos then census John Boyega, the actor who plays Finn in the films Star wars: the force awakens and Star wars: the Last Jedi. He confirmed that the «amazing team» is ready to give fans from around the world an incredible immersion into the world of Star wars. And then told that not only was he personally involved in the development of the attraction, but promised to attend the opening.

In his post on Instagram, he added: «don’t worry, I’ll be there to guide you through the crazy hills! It was a pleasure to work on the attraction with this team. Enjoy and may the force be with you».

This month, Bob iger, President and CEO of the Walt Disney Company, tweeted photos personal tour of the attraction, which he organised for the Director of Star wars Jeffrey Jacob Abrams, producer Kathleen Kennedy and Director Steven Spielberg.

In the photo they are sealed inside and near spacecraft Millennium Falcon. Photo accompanied by the caption: «the best way to impress your friends… to give them a personal tour of Star Wars: Galaxy»s Edge!»

To look forward to the sights, occupying 14 acres, will be a roller coaster, shops selling lightsabers, and droids, as well as drinks and snacks that match the theme of Star wars.

Disney was able to recreate the feeling of the Star wars universe. The attraction resembles an abandoned station on a distant planet. In addition, visitors will find a huge copy of the Millennium Falcon, where guests can wander around the ship and fight with TIE-Fighters. Another slide, entitled Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance will open later this year.

Resort in California is expecting a large influx of visitors after the opening, so the first 3 weeks, guests must pre-book a visit to the Park. Visit the largest themed attraction in the Park will be limited to 4 hours. A special bracelet will indicate the time window of the visitors and once the time expires, Disney will close the access to the main attractions and shops. After that, the employees of the Park, acting as Star wars characters, will ask visitors to go to one of the 3 outputs, so you can enter a new group of visitors.

The Park has other ways to cope with the influx of visitors. Kris theiler, Vice President of Disneyland, said that sidewalks were expanded from 3 to 6 feet, will operate the new pedestrian bridge, and in addition will work as Parking for strollers and 7,500 new Parking spaces for cars.

The same attraction of Star Wars: Galaxy»s Edge will be ready to greet visitors to Disney World Resort in Florida on August 29.
