The President of Brazil Air Bolsonaro accused Hollywood actor and supporter of environmental protection and Leonardo DiCaprio in financing the burning of the Amazon rainforest.
«Leonardo DiCaprio is a cool guy, isn’t it? Give money to the burning of the Amazon,» — said on Friday, November 29, Bolsonaro nationalist — populist who promised to expel environmental NGO from Brazil.

Bolsonaro known for his extreme right-wing views and controversial statements. The President of Brazil, who took office in January, has repeatedly expressed hostility to the activists, environmentalists, non-governmental organizations and foreign leaders who spoke in defense of the Amazon and criticized his position in relation to the environment.
Bolsonaro attack on the Hollywood actor sparked ridicule and anger among opposition politicians and activists.
