Couple «trapped» on a 14-day quarantine on the liner because of the coronavirus, ordered cabin wine with a drone

Australian couple stuck on cruise ship due to the deadly coronavirus, trying not to get bored and not give up and recently ordered a bottle of wine right in the cabin with drone.

Jen and Dave Benskin from Queensland (Australia) started in the social chronicle «of boredom and booze,» when last week was quarantined on a cruise ship Diamond Princess off the coast of Japan.

«Quarantined on the Diamond Princess in Yokohama, Japan. The sixth day of the fourteen, we are limited by our cabin,» — wrote in Facebook a couple posing for a photo in masks.

«We go every 4/5 days for an hour walk on the deck, we’re okay and in good spirits, so we welcome any local news.»

The pair also photographed views of the ocean, signing:

«Our view from the window on the next 13 days, maybe 28, since they just showed 10 positive cases and removed these people on the shore,» wrote Jen and Dave on Wednesday.

And then a couple contacted the company Naked Wine Club and to my delight received two bottles of wine «Pinot Noir», which is the drone delivered to the door of their cabins.

«Naked Wine Club, you are incredible — I wrote a couple last Friday. — Thank God that there are drones, the Japanese coast guard did not know what was going on, phew…»
