A mixture of TED and Coachella: a new festival in Central Park

Summer is just designed to spend time outdoors, and festivals are ideal for summer time. So why not combine these two wonderful things, if they are so good for each other?

The second annual festival of Ozy Fest returns to Central Park on June 22. Celebrities and representatives of show business will gather at Rumsey Playfield, to share their thoughts and ideas on all sorts of topics: from humor to education and news.

The festival is a mélange of speeches by such notables as host of the TV show Samantha Bee the writer That Nehisi Coates, the media personality rupaul and others; musical performances from Jason Derulo, Talib kveli, and others; and food from the chef of Baohaus restaurant, Eddie Huang.

Prices range from $ 50 for regular tickets to $ 125 for VIP passes.
